FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! 1. Plug iPod touch/iPhone/iPad into computer 2. Hold Sleep button for 3 seconds 3. Hold both (Sleep & Power) buttons for 10 seconds 4. Hold ONLY power button for the remaining time until something pops up on your computer screen (if this doesn’t work, call the Apple Company) The same thing happened to me. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!
