How To Speed Up A Slow Mac Or MacBook Using CleanMyMac

A lot of people are keen on Macs because of their low maintenance. You only need to use the latest security updates to assure that your device works properly. Nevertheless, occasionally it is unavoidable that your Mac will lack space when you install too many applications. As a consequence, your Mac will run slower than normal, causing much bother. To deal with it, you can use CleanMyMac 3.

If it is the first time you launch this app, you will notice a big Scan button in the Smart Cleanup section. Its function is to scan the whole system. You are recommended to do this scan, not the smart cleanup feature. Instead of that, you should follow section by section and select exactly what to delete or clean.

Step 1: Clean Up System Junk

As soon as CleanMyMac 3 is installed on your Mac, you should do a scan and access the System Junk section. This task will help you empty app caches, remove language files along with other system junk. As a result, your device will run more smoothly.

Step 2: Remove Large and Old Files

To do it, it is essential to access the Large and Old Files section. Then, you need to click on Review Details after finishing. By that way, you can easily delete all outdated files.

Step 3: Uninstall Apps

Your Mac can be damaged by an app gone rogue. Hence, you are advised to go to the Uninstaller section and click on View all Application. Next, you can remain the most vital apps and remove unnecessary apps. To find out them, you can access Activity Monitor. Once your checking is done, click on Clean.
