How to change what day your week starts in the calendar app
Step 1: First off, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Here, you scroll down and tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Step 3: Now, under the Calendars section, tap on Start Week On.
Step 4: After that, change the day of the week you want your calendar to start on.
Step 5: Now, just launch the iOS Calendar app again to see the changes.
At this time, the date you selected will show as the first day of the week whenever you open the calendar.

Indeed, shifting the starting day of the week does not affect to your calendars. This is displayed without changing the actual dates. All your synced calendars include in what’s outside of iCloud’s loop, for instance, Google Calendar will start with the selected day of the week. Also, the changes you just made are reflected only on your iDevice and this setting does not switch to your other connected devices. For example, if you have synced your calendar on your iPhone and iPad, the changes you made ‘Start Week On’ on your iPhone will not be reflected on your iPad.
