Note: As the iOS 10.3 is currently in beta, so the diagnostics & usage has been changed to Analytics.
Step 1: Launch Settings app from your Home screen.
Step 2: Next, scroll down and then tap on Privacy.
Step 3: Now, continue scrolling down and tap on Analytics.
Step 4: Next, select Analytics data.
Step 5: On the next screen, you will see the Analytics data.

Step 2: Now, toggle the switch next to Share iPhone Analytics to ON

Step 2: Turn on the switch next to Share iCloud Analytics.
Steps to Improve Activity by Sharing Analytics Data on iPhone
Step 1: Go to Settings → Privacy → Analytics again
Step 2: Now, toggle the switch next to Improve Activity to ON
You can now share your activity and workout data with Apple to improve the health and fitness features.
