Step 1: First, you need to remove iCloud activation lock. To do this, your device should be jailbroken with Yalu102 Jailbreak, You can refer here to jailbreak your device.
Step 2: Once your device has successfully been jailbroken, launch Cydia, download and install iFile, iFirewall, and iCleaner for different purposes.
Step 3: Launch iFile and go to var/Keychains/ and delete keychain-2.db. After you remove this file, the current iCloud account will be deleted from your iPhone/iPad without password.
Step 4: Then, reboot the iPhone by pressing and holding its Power button.
Step 5: Alunch iFirewall, go to “Settings” and select “Deny All Connections” from the menu to create a new rule for “com.apple.com.” It should be added to make a block on all outgoing and incoming connections to the device while these tweaks are being performed.
Step 6: Open iCleaner, go to the first page to remove iCloud Daemon.
Step 7: After you finished all above steps, restart your device once again.
Step 8: Go to Settings and find “Find my iPhone” in iCloud, you’ll see the settings be switched off
Step 9: Now use iCleaner to reactivate iCloud Deamon and remove iFirewall from Cydia, then restart your iPhone/iPad again.
Step 10: Once the restart is done, navigate to Settings -> iCloud and set up a new iCloud account. Your previous accounts were deleted unofficially, so you might see an error “Server can’t establish connection.” Just try until it works after a few attempts.
Step 11: After the sign is successful, turn on Find my iPhone for the new account.
Step 12: Go to iCloud.com on your computer and localize your iDevice, then choose “Erase iPhone”from iCloud window.
Step 13: You might sometimes see the erasing process getting stuck, so when it gets stuck, just put your iPhone in DFU mode and use iTunes to make the restoration. After that, using the Apple ID to sign in the iPhone was erased.
