How to fix App Store Not Working on iPhone or iPad
The App Store is an important part of an iOS device. Reboot your device
Rebooting is the simplest way to fix some common issue including App Store. To do this, just press and hold down the Power button until you see the ‘Slide to Switch Off’ slider. Slide it to the right to power off. In case your iPhone gets frozen, press and hold down the Power and Home buttons (iPhone 7/7 Plus is the Power+ Volume Down key) until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
Sign out of your Apple ID then Sign in Again
If the App Store gets trouble while connecting your iPhone/ iPad with your Apple account, and then it shows a white screen, you should sign out your Apple ID account. Follow the given steps below to do this:
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and find your Apple ID.

Kill App Store app and Open it Again

The last resort you can try to fix the App Store not working issue is resetting network settings on your iPhone/ iPad. To do that, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. After that, reconnect to your favorite Wi-Fi network and try to reopen App Store.
